⚠️ Important Notice: Fraudulent Messages on WhatsApp & Telegram
We want to make our community aware of scams currently circulating on messaging apps such as WhatsApp and Telegram. Fraudsters are pretending to be recruiters—including impersonating Parna Recruitment—to advertise fake job opportunities. Their goal is often to gather personal information or money.
These scams can look convincing, but there are some common warning signs to watch for:
Unexpected contact from someone claiming to represent a recruitment company
Requests for personal details, bank information, or payment
Job offers that seem “too good to be true” (unrealistic salaries, easy work, etc.)
Poorly written messages with spelling or grammar errors
Links to unfamiliar websites
👉 If you receive a message like this, do not engage. Instead:
Block the sender immediately
Report the number (in the UK, you can forward it to 7726, a free reporting service from mobile providers)
You can also report scams online via:
National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC): www.ncsc.gov.uk/scam-reporting
Action Fraud: www.actionfraud.police.uk
At Parna Recruitment, professionalism and candidate safety are our priority. We will never ask for money or sensitive information through WhatsApp, Telegram, or other informal channels. If you are ever unsure whether a message is genuine, please contact us directly using the official details listed on our website.
Your security matters—stay cautious and double-check before sharing your information.
